Medical expenses, lost earnings, future care, pain and suffering, and lasting limitations may need evaluation. Medical bills and the amount legally recoverable are not always the same. Responsibility and available coverage also require investigation; your own share of fault may reduce recovery or prevent it. I review the evidence and your circumstances rather than promise a recovery or a particular amount.
